Measurements were taken near Tatarskaya Kargala. In Orsk, the Ural River reached 774 cm this morning, surpassing the danger mark of 700 cm. This is a massive catastrophe for the entire region, with thousands of homes partially submerged. Rescue teams are working around the clock to evacuate residents from affected areas.
