This video accompanies the release of Part 4 of the Fruit Garden Crochet Along project. The film covers how to work over the top of previous crochet rounds and how to make sure the initial few rounds of the Purple Aster motif line up correctly. I also show how to work 5 more rounds on the Acanthus motif. To help you work through Round 10 of the motif (where you will be making 6 leaves) I show you how I write my own crochet 'short hand', which I find helps me break down the written instructions into easier to follow chunks. This is something I use a lot when working through long repeats, so I hope it helps you too!
