Darts Champ (1963)

Bognor, West Sussex. L/S row of people playing darts. M/S darts champion Joe Hitchcock, group of people are stood behind him, man walks into frame next to him. C/U Joe takes 3 six inch nails out of his pocket. M/S he starts throwing, M/S dart board, he takes the nails out. M/S woman volunteer from audience comes forward. Various shots girl stands in front of board, he lifts her chin up and puts a cigarette in her mouth. M/S he starts throwing the nails, M/S girl, first nail misses, second one knocks the cigarette out. M/S two girls look at each other and wince. M/S Joe puts match in man's mouth. C/U half is knocked away by nail, he puts it in the other way round. M/S Joe preparing to throw. C/U profile of man as match is knocked out. M/S man and woman watching. M/S another man facing dart board, Joe puts a cigarette in his ears. Several shots as Joe throws and knocks cigarettes out. M/S three young men watching.
