Munich Oktoberfest timelapse video with some special effects that create a look like moving long exposure photography. Nearly all parts are taken as normal video with 5 fps and 1/5 sec exposure time. In post production I “added“ the frames to make it look as if it was shot with longer exposure time, and frames overlap each other. You want to create videos like this?
