Ingredients: pork belly - 450 g (15.9 oz) potatoes - 350 g ( oz) onion - 120 g ( oz) garlic - 3 cloves sweet cooking cream - 30 ml (1 fl oz) mustard - 18 ml (0.6 fl oz) black pepper - 5 g ( oz) salt - 12 g ( oz) dill - 15 g ( oz) Glass jars with a volume of 500 ml (16.9 fl oz) IN THE OVEN 200°C (392 °F) / 40 min for the garnish composition: bell pepper - 350 g ( oz) carrot - 300 g (10.6 oz) spicy pepper - 100 g (3.5 oz) black peppercorns - 5 g ( oz) salt - 10 g ( oz) thyme - 7 g ( oz) onion - 120 g ( oz) butter - 20 g (0.7 oz) oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz) dill - 10 g ( oz) Glass jars with a volume of 500 ml (16.9 fl oz) IN THE OVEN 170 °C (337 °F)/30 minutes
