Просто бессюжетный набор уровней. Детализация спрайтов стала значительно качественней. В арсенале только пистолет с глушителем, но на некоторых уровнях можно получить также и гранаты. Можно использовать также и очки ночного видения. С их помощью можно изучить отдалённые участки уровня. Появились сканеры сетчатки. Враги одетые в серое реагируют на появление Сэма шустрее. В конце каждой миссии подсчитываются очки. 2 уровня сложности (2-ой открывается после прохождения игры). Существует 2 версии этой игры, которые отличаются небольшими изменениями в спрайтах (так, например, лифт в одной версии с косым поручнем, а в другой с прямоугольным) Игра состоит из 6-ти миссий 1.
