Duke Nukem 2 (1.4 Beta) late prototype build has been discovered

My good friend gogo discovered a Duke Nukem 2 (1.4 beta) prototype on a ibm-wgam-wbiz-collection on web archive in the BBS IBM #145 wares tape.
