Led Zeppelin's infamous return to the stage in Philadelphia's JFK Stadium in July 1985 to support Bob Geldof's international “Live Aid“ event to bring relief to the Ethiopian famine. Introduced by Phil Collins, the band takes to the stage with Tony Thompson on drums & Collins tagging along. This clip has been cleaned up: the green hues from the 20 yr old tape has been removed, the brightness & contrast have been balanced out. The audio has been synchronized to the FM broadcast captured on an old cassette tape. That audio was pretty messed up & had lots of dropouts, hopefully the results are satisfactory. The original audio is heard at the beginning of this clip, the enhanced stereo sound starts around :30 sec into the clip. Enjoy!! For best results, watch in HQ with headphones. PS ---- Queen was in London that day, this performance was in the USA
