Shoutout @ badgalriri for donating more than we could have ever imagined to the Veterans who are disabled and homeless in Los Angeles. Tomorrow we will be giving it all away to those who’ve served us. We have rights and freedoms and opportunity in this country because of our Veterans. Instead of, “thank you for your service”, we ask, “how may we serve you?”. @ alwaysforthepeople will continue raising awareness about the 900 acres of Home and land donated in 1888 and deed restricted to house and principally benefit veterans and their families. While raising awareness and amplifying the voice of Veterans who are homeless and disabled #AFTP continues to advocate and supply resources and essentials. When a single mother Veteran and her daughter were sleeping in their car, #AFTP made sure they got a roof. We will continue to listen and be a resource with whatever we have whenever we’re needed. Your contributions and support help us continue and grow the movement.
