This is a sample of the “Sandblast“ small group training class that I teach, utilizing Hyperwear's sandbells. (LOVE them!!) I mix it up every week but this week's programming is rapidly becoming my clients' favorite! The class consists of only 10 exercises. The first round we do 5 reps, 2nd time through 10 reps, 3rd round 15 reps and if we're feeling studly 4th round 20 reps.
