The instability of this entire auxiliary movement I’ve found to benefit #CrossFit athletes greatest in terms of handstand walks. If you are fortunate enough to have a belt squat, I highly recommend finding giant foam blocks to walk on during ATP work. Doing so adds a whole new stimulus to any moment, nearly akin to a mix of walking in sand while on soft springs. The blocks in the video are ~8“ thick.
