The 31st March 2023 marked 365 days since Graham and Rachel collected the keys to our beautiful new home - Chateau de Bruges. Although some areas of the chateau were dated, neglected and abandoned by its previous owners most of the chateau was in really good condition for its age. However, with its 10 bedrooms and 6 communal rooms but only two working toilets in the chateau, it was clear that we had taken on a big project. Luckily, with Grahams experience, the help of many friends and family and a strong desire to do it right, we have what it takes to renovate this historic castle into a luxury hotel, events and retreats location. When renovating such a historical building we appreciate how important it is to pay homage to its original features.
