.. the dog fell from the pier while playing, a dogs best lady friend came to the rescue ... (this was on 16 July 2017). My thanks to all for the so many reactions! ..about 2 yrs later, sometimes I see the young lady walking there with her dog. I have not seen the man and the dog since, maybe they are not from this neighborhood.
