Provisional Cast On for Seamless i-Cord Bind Off in the Round

This is a simple way to provisionally cast on a few stitches using the attached working yarn to begin your i-cord bind off in the round (avoiding a seam in your i-cord). This technique could also be used in other instances where you need to provisionally cast on stitches in the middle of a project using the attached working yarn.
