An expanded port of the original arcade Dragon Spirit, the Famicom version (later released on NES as again simply Dragon Spirit) is a pretty cool Namco classic that plays similar to other shoot ’em ups of the day with the distinction that instead of being a plane or a space ship, you control a man-dragon thing that can transform depending on the power up. Very inventive and unusual, even now.
