Southport stabbings: 17-year-old charged with murder of three girls at dance party The unnamed teenager has been charged with the murders of Bebe King, Elsie Dot Stancombe and Alice Dasilva Aguiar. The suspect has also been charged with 10 counts of attempted murder and possession of a bladed article. Officers were called to Hart Street, Southport, at on Monday following a mass stabbing at a Taylor Swift-themed dance and yoga workshop for children at the Hart Space. On Monday, Merseyside Police arrested the 17-year-old from Banks on suspicion of murder and attempted murder in connection to the stabbing. Shortly after midnight on Thursday morning, the Crown Prosecution Service charged the suspect. Police have urged the public not to speculate online or jeopardise the outcome of the foreseeable criminal trial. The 17-year-old will appear before Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Thursday. The charges follow earlier violent outbursts in Hartlepool, Manchester and London, with numerous arrests made around the country following attacks on police and mindless violence.
