President Biden and other's motorcades travel to APEC reception | Riot police, drones and fireworks

President Joe Biden and the First Lady travel in a motorcade of security vehicles to the Exporatarium in San Francisco to host leaders of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) members states for a welcome reception. Security was heavy with riot police, high barriers, drones, boats, and vast road closures. Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff also attended.
