In Dagestan, the activities of three residents of the Republic involved in organizing and participating in an extremist organization have been suppressed. It is known that the defendants carried out anti-Russian and anti-constitutional activities from 2018 to 2023, propagated their ideology in the territory of the North Caucasus, and persuaded its residents to participate in criminal activities within the framework of a radical organization, where they recruited other citizens by influencing their religious feelings. A criminal case has been opened on the fact of the activities of an extremist organization under Part 1, 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
