this is me in a tkd class in 1976. the clip opens with my teacher, master yun sam ko, 7th dan, ji do kwan tae kwon do, teaching and sparring with a fellow student. the next scene is me and a couple other students doing one step sparring. i am in the foreground on the left. the next scene is me being used as a dummy by mr. ko. then my second pal gue form. finally, me goofing off with knuckle handstands, hanging by my insteps on a pole, and a badly executed jump spin back kick....
