Dublin, Southern Ireland, Eire, Republic of Ireland. Title: “UNIVERSITY COLLEGE 'RAG'. Prominent Politicians of all parties are impersonated in this light-hearted frolic“. M/S of a man in spectacles and a mackintosh covered in arrows (like a convicts uniform) - looks like he is impersonating Republican, Eamon De Valera. Another student beside him wears a top hat and smokes a cigar - could be impersonating Winston Churchill.
