Step 1: Select a Mature Lemon Branch Choose a healthy, vigorous branch. It should be at least 1 inch in diameter. Using a sharp knife, carefully remove a 1 to 2- inch section of bark from the selected lemon branch. Make sure to remove the bark completely, exposing the cambium layer underneath. Step 2: Prepare the a Tomato Cut a ripe tomato in half horizontally. Than attach the Tomato to the Branch. Place one tomato half against the exposed cambium layer of the lemon branch. Secure the tomato half to the branch using toothpicks. Step 3: Plastic Cup and Secure Cut a plastic cup in half horizontally. Then place the cup on the cut part of the branch. Use a zip tie to fasten the plastic cup securely to the lemon branch. Ensure that the cup is firmly attached and will not move or fall off. Step 4: Fill the Cup with Cocopeat Fill the plastic cup with cocopeat, a lightweight and moisture-retentive growing medium. Gently pack the cocopeat around the tomato half, ensuring it is well-supported. Step 5: Cover with a Plastic Bag Enclose the entire air layering setup with a plastic bag. This will help maintain humidity and promote root formation. Step 6: Monitor Root Development Carefully check for root development within the cocopeat. It can take several weeks for roots to form. Once the roots are established, you can cut the branch from the tree and plant it in a pot or in the ground. Step 7: Separate the New Plant Using a sharp and sterilized knife, cut the lemon branch below the newly developed roots. Gently remove the plastic cup and carefully separate the rooted branch from the parent plant. Additional: Prepare a pot with well-draining potting mix. Plant the rooted lemon branch in the pot, ensuring the roots are covered and the plant is well-supported. Place the potted lemon tree in a bright location with indirect sunlight. Water regularly to maintain soil moisture, and provide fertilizer as needed. With proper care, your new lemon tree will thrive and eventually produce its own delicious lemons. 👍 If you like our video don't forget to press the button “Subscribe ❤️“ and “Like 👍“ !! ✅How to propagate lemon tree from cuttings 👉 ✅Propagate lemon tree from cuttings with aloe Vera 👉 ✅Air Layering Fig Trees 👉 ✅Guava tree grafting techniques 👉 ✅How to propagate lemon tree from cuttings with tissue paper 👉 Search Queries: air layering, lemon tree, how to propagate lemon tree, how to air layering lemon tree, how to grow lemon tree, how to grow lemon tree from cutting, propagate lemon tree, propagate lemon tree from cuttings, lemon tree cuttings, growing lemon tree, air layering lemon tree, grow lemon tree cuttings, lemon tree from cuttings, lemon tree from cutting, lemon tree cutting, grow lemon tree from cuttings, lemon tree air layering, air layering propagation, gardening, how to propagate
