We spent the weekend with Bobby and Michelle Mongelli, who are basically Key West “royalty.“ They own several restaurants throughout Stock Island and Key West, and they took us to all of them! I ate the FRESHEST seafood straight from the boats and even had the most delicious snapper that was stuffed with shrimp! It was grilled right in front of me - waterfront view and boats in the background. We had tons of lobster grilled to perfection, hogfish, lobster pizza, and shrimp that had just come off the shrimp boats! Plus the best oysters rockefeller charred perfectly in a wood-fire oven.
