How to pipe a buttercream peony wreath cake with star tip drop flowers. I used a reduced sugar buttercream recipe - my SEBC using only 1/4 of the sugar of normal - that's only 15g sugar per 100g - as you can see it doesn't affect the consistency & still pipes beautifully.
