An Orthodox church in the Black Sea port of Odesa was destroyed in a Russian missile attack at dawn on Sunday. One missile tore through the roof of the building and ripped down to the basement, collapsing many of the cathedral’s internal walls. Two people inside were wounded. Two people were killed and 18 more injured in the overall bombardment. Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday vowed to retaliate against Russian forces. “Missiles against peaceful cities, against residential buildings, a cathedral,” he said. “There will definitely be a retaliation against Russian terrorists for Odesa.
