I bought a 2021 Trek Domane HP electrical bike and on the 10th days its broke down with and having Bosch engine error code 503 message. I took my bicycle to the corporate owned Trek Bike Retail store and they were not any help actually the head manager mechanic didn’t really want to work on the bike and he told me he couldn’t find the error code on the onboard computer even though I had a picture and a video showing him the 503 error code on my iPhone. One of the biggest problems of owning a 2021 Trek Domane HP / LT electrical bike from Trek is that most of their bicycle dealers have zero idea how to work on these ebikes now I have taken my E bike to two different Trek Bike dealers to have them work on my Domane HP and both dealers give me the runaround because they have no idea how to work on the E bike.
