I'd like you to show quite cool and unique rineloricaria species; Rineloricaria aurata! Last march, I firstly found this species on the stock list written by Aquarium Glaser GmBH. After doing some research, I decided to keep and raise r. aurata and made an order for three subadults to with Aquarium Glaser GmBH via local ornamental fish importer. Only a few references of the ichthyology introduce r. aurata. What I can assure of this species are three facts described below. - These small whiptails tend to hide themselves under the gravel or large leaves of aquatic plants. - When they discover food, however, they turns into eager eater; they seems more active than chocolate whiptails(r. lanceolata). - Although this species belongs to family Rineloricaria, both male and female r. aurata don't have filament elongated from caudal fin. #rineloricariaaurata #rineloricaria #aurata #whiptails #리네로리카리아아우라타 #리네로리카리아 #아우라타
