Siu Nim Tau is the root of Wing Chun Kung Fu System. Here's the top view for checking more details. For demonstration purpose, the One TAAN1 Three FUK6 section is performed much faster in this video than normal practicing. The purpose of that section is to cultivate Qi (active awareness to our body internals). That section should be practiced at slow pace with proper mind & breathing techniques.
