SPANAKOPITA (Spinach Pie) is a classic Greek dish made with Phyllo dough, spinach, dill, green onions, feta cheese, a couple of eggs and and olive oil. This is a traditional recipe, and some times in Greece we use different kinds of greens, or a mixture of different greens and herbs for the filling. It depends on the region and what is available. In a later video I will show you some alternative ways of making spinach pies if you can not find Fillo dough at the store, as it not available everywhere. Enjo
