Vietnamese coffee is world-renowned and one of the few that specializes in using robusta beans, since most of the rest of the world has moved on to aromatica beans. Robusta beans can make a terrific pot of coffee if brewed correctly, and are good either with a bit of sweetened condensed milk or served “den“ or dark.
