Endoscopic video of a patients hypopharynx (throat) and epiglottis (upper most part of the voice box) after radiation therapy for cancer. A patient with a history of laryngeal cancer presents for bronchoscopy. He has a history of radiation therapy. After this preoperative endoscopy (PEAE) showing significant edema and narrowing, the decision is made to perform the bronch under deep sedation
