The late Pentecostal preacher Derek Prince unbiblically claimed that born-again Christians can be demon possessed because unrepentant sin gives Satan and demons “legal rights” to demonically possess the person. Prince claimed that William Branham was an example of this and that Branham had both the indwelling Holy Spirit AND an indwelling demon. Yet, it’s impossible for a person to be demon-possessed if they are filled with the Holy Spirit. Saved people can be demon oppressed with spiritual warfare, but not possessed. Only unsaved people can be possessed. This video dives into Derek Prince’s unbiblical teachings about deliverance and William Branham, including how Bethel Redding and the NAR engage in grave soaking to try to absorb the mantle of William Branham.
