UPDATE: Title changed to correct name, thank you all for reminding me Madoka has finished! What a truly amazing series it was. This particular piece is heard on the last episode (ep 12), between 10: 30 and 13: 20 to be precisely. (The music starts at the scene where Madoka is departing Homura, and it was s-s-so heartwarming a-a-and... *sniff*... *excuse me for a moment*......) This transcription was done on a whim and I can't guarantee 100% accuracy to the original piece but I am still pretty satisfied with it. Once again, many thanks to Yuki Kajiura for composing this epic piece! So while the Soundtrack still hasn't been released I have just titled it “Final theme - miracle“.
