В Самаре убит экоактивист, победитель регионального этапа конкурса «Молодой предприниматель 2020 года» Андрей Жвакин. После начала войны Андрей выступал против войны, проводил антивоенные пикеты и делал всё возможное, чтобы прекратить эту военную агрессию против Украины. По версии ФСБ, якобы Андрей по заданию РДК готовил теракт в Самаре. Нет никаких оснований доверять версии чекистов. Наоборот, вброшенные ими в паблик фото и видео указывают на то, что Андрей мог стать одной из первых жертв кампании по закручиванию гаек и убийств антивоенных активистов и оппозиционеров под видом антитеррористических операций. Видео от ФСБ ничего не доказывает, кроме того что один из сотрудников УФСБ снял, как другие сотрудники спецназа бегут с автоматами без щитов и шлемов и без явного опасения за свою жизнь, грубо нарушая все инструкции для действий спецназа и тактики ближнего боя. Перед подрывом не слышно голоса Андрея и есть основания полагать, что его подорвали в уже бессознательном состоянии. У оперативников и спецназа ФСБ были десятки вариантов задержать Андрея живым, но они выбрали именно этот подлый вариант расправы и инсценировки якобы захвата террориста.
