Adam couldn’t resist taking a peek inside the pigments cabinet of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Arms and Armor conservation lab, and was delighted by the materials found within. This catalogue of pigments and their uses are another example of the ways in which armorers like Ted Hunter do their work in concert with conservators of both the past and the future.
