The Back Crawl is something I came up with specifically for Quadratus Lumborum (QL) & Psoas in 2009. Using an Ipsilateral movement, the athlete does not have to go through a limb or limbs to incite these muscles. There is really nothing like it. Simple yet effective. I use the weight plate to push me into floor. When you herniate discs in Lowerlumbar....’deadlifting’, you learn how to fix things & prevent the pain from coming back.
