SoCal: Last day of cooler temperatures before another warming trend begins on Wednesday. Monsoonal moisture returns Friday with a chance of thunderstorms in the mountain and desert communities. Tuesday will continue to heat up in Northern California after a few days of temperatures well below average, and another heat wave is expected for the region beginning later this week.
