Former Professional Chef and Top Chef Contestant, turned visual artist Roscoe Hall works his skills to take a 2.5 star recipe and turn it into a 5-star Macaroni and Cheese Original Recipe: 5-Star Mac & Cheese - 2 cups Macaroni  - 3 cups Sharp Cheddar plus ½ cup for topping at the end  - 1 cup Fontina  - ½ cup White Cheddar  - ¼ cup Melted Butta ( 4 TBL )  - 3 ½ cups Whole milk ( or 3 cups cream 1 cup Whole Milk )  - Pinch Smoked Paprika  - Pinch Ground Mustard  - 1 tsp Salt & Pepper  ________ - Preheat oven to 350  - Add butter, noodles, dry spices to the pan and stir - Coat all of the noodles before adding dairy - Add 3 cups cheddar, 1 cup Fontina, and Milk ( or cream ) and stir, press it down with a spoon to keep it tight in the pan - Cover with foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes - After 20 minutes, uncover and stir noodles - Top with ½ cup Cheddar, place back in the oven and cook for another 20 minutes ________ More Roscoe: ________ Subscribe to Allrecipes @ Allrecipes Magazine is now available!
