My original early eighties vinyl record of EWF Powerlight, cleaned and taken for a spin after a few decades of storage. I drop the needle at 2:20 if the vacuum cleaning bores you. :-) At the time of this video, Maurice White has just passed away. Motivated me to pick out the EWF records I hadn't gotten to in my collection and relive the music old school. I thought it fitting to share the vinyl experience and ritual (definitely a ritual compared to popping in a CD or clicking on an .mp3 or .flac), and how amazing and great it still sounds today as well as back in the day. I always took great care of my Lp's and this album still kicks some serious butt. Have a listen, you be the judge.
