This story of Peter and Jesus is my favorite in the Bible. Peter's transformation from a failed fisherman to a courageous preacher who spread the gospel and ended up choosing to be crucified upside down, instead of the way his master was, is epic. What must he have thought as he saw Jesus' miracles? What must he have experienced as he realized his master and friend was god? He had amazing moments of courage during Jesus' ministry like the walking on water scene where he stepped out of the boat. After the resurrection he became BRAVE. He no longer feared death and was one of the biggest heroes of the church... in fact the very foundation of it. This video explores that transformative friendship.
