One of the major terrorist leaders nicknamed Motorola has been eliminated on October 16, 2016, by remotely controlled explosion in the elevator of his apartment building in the Russian-occupied city of Donetsk in eastern Ukraine. Motorola was a Russian citizen Arsen Pavlov with combat experience from Chechnya. From the very beginning of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2014, he led a big terrorist group “Sparta”, which participated in killing Ukrainian soldiers in Sloviansk, Illovaisk, Donetsk airport and Savur Mogyla.
