BONY SAS, a manufacturer of refractory bricks for industrial furnaces, has optimized its production through the use of FlexPal easy palletizing software. The simple 3D modeling of pallets, bricks and grippers enables line operators to be fully autonomous in modifying palletization plans. No programming knowledge is required, as the software manages trajectories and multi-layering. Trajectories are then imported into the robot, and no points are defined on the robot.
