Many wonder in what universe exactly the #Morbius movie will take place and I actually have my theory The movie takes place in the same universe of Venom and the reasons are as follows: - The realistic and gloomy tone is similar to the Venom movies - Although we see Michael Keaton supposedly as Vulture this could rather be a variant - The Daily Bugle also appears in the Venom movie - in the trailer they make a mention of the events in San Francisco making obvious reference to the events of the Venom movies - We see the Oscorp tower but it is a different building than the one Seen in The Amazing Spiderman -Finally: Morbius makes a joke about him being Venom -The mentions of Black Cat and Rhino could refer to versions of these characters from this universe and never before seen on screen Being honest I think that it is most likely that both movies: Venom and Morbius are located in the same universe, even the Amazin saga could fit perfectly here but that is a topic for another day. In any case, I am very excited to see this new villain in Sony's Spiderverse, and I know that it will be one of the best superhero movies of this year along with Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness and Spiderman Across The Spiderverse.
