You've worked your whole life to become an astronaut on the real ISS... would you stand still as you answer questions in Zero G? Something which only a few people get to experience? Hell no!! You would be enjoying yourself, laughing, bouncing off the walls, doing twists and turns. It would be an incredibly fun and joyful experience. You would be overcome with joy. You and the other astronauts would be carrying the camera around excitedly, naturally using many angles rather than one fixed angle, incorporating closeups and peeks out the windows because it's so cool. There would be no need to be nervous and tense and stand stock still like you are hiding something behind your back. But that's exactly what we see.
