We’re fifty years forward and hundreds of years back. Duane Allman wrote Little Martha in 1971 for two guitars (and a bass). Ronn McFarlane took that iconic tune, arranged it for lute and viola da gamba (neither of which have been in fashion for at least 250 years) et voila! A brilliant re-envisioning of what a tune can be - welcome to the world of Ronn McFarlane and Carolyn Surrick.
