The Drake Twins --- R4A and T4X

While not the much sought after B Line this is what might call the A Line. These were acquired dirt cheap and are in reasonably good shape. They are slaved together so that either unit (or separately) can control the receive or transmit frequency. I am looking to acquire some crystal for operation on 17 Meters. Because of the frequency scheme it looks like 60M would be a tough nut to crack. The separate Drake receivers and transmitters were always considered to be excellent gear. BTW I paid less for these than a junker Swan 350! Pete N6QW
