This video is a demonstration showing how to marble two clay bodies of different colors, but the same firing cone. In this video, I am showing what I have available in my school studio for my students to try if they want to on their Pick A Passion Project. We have Laguna B-mix no grog, cone ⅚ and PSH 450i Black clay, cone 6. I show the marbling and wedging in this video, as well as making a slab and cutting it in half for slab building. Here is my playlist for handbuilding with marbled or agate clays: Here is my playlist on agateware and marbled clays for throwing: I am using a table which is covered with heavy canvas. The canvas allows the clay to release from the porous surface, as opposed to working directly on the formica top which would cause it to stick. The canvas must be diligently cleaned after use with water, as it really holds dust. The taller wedging table to the right in the video is a plaster
