Led Matrix PL9823 + Glediator

My noncompletely working led matrix (pl9823 8mm leds). Running from glediator on pc to arduino nano to display. I have problems with power i think, the 7 lower lines of leds flicker sometimes as seen in the video (the flashes) and last line almost flickers always. I have added 100nf caps to all leds, and power-inject top left and bottom middle. (some flashes are audiotriggers from glediator) The powersupply is a cheap pc supply with supposedly 35A 5v line, but i don’t think so, so i have ordered a dedicated
