I've lived most of my life in Grande Prairie, Alberta (all of it in the province). I have seen it grow from a small city into a service area of 100,000 individuals. There is a crime, addiction and homeless epidemic that goes under treated and hand waved away by an impotent local government. Let's look at the reasons Grande Prairie should be a prosperous, vibrant city instead of the 23rd most violent city in Canada!
