The 3 men were from Dongbei (North East China). A place known to produce tough men The attack happened in 3 3 men were visiting HK, when they stumbled upon some masked rioters. The rioters overheard them speaking mandarin, so 10 or so rioters surrounded them. An argument started, the rioters tried grab the phone of one of the guy, so a fight ensued, the 10 rioters were beaten back. A 2nd wave of a few dozen then came along, they threw 2 Molotov cocktails, they luckily missed. One of the 3 brothers grabbed an umbrella from the rioters and tried to led a breakout, but there were too many rioters. Soon a 3rd wave of more than 100 came along, and the video showed the 3rd wave of attack. At the start of the 3rd wave (not captured in the video) One of the brother (wearing black t-shirt), were pinned on the ground by a dozen rioters. The brother in blue, saw someone tried to light something, So he charged into the dozen rioters, rescuing his friend. The 3 brothers fought off more than 100 rioters for 10 minutes, before the Police came. They only received minor cuts and got out of Hong Kong safely. Their story were widely praised on Weibo, many also mocked the Hong Kong rioters, and urged them to drink more milk
