Part 1 - 5 Rounds each (switch with partner): ▶️ KB Swings x 10 ▶️ Squat Jumps Part 2 - 5 rounds of each (switch with partner): ▶️ 1 and 1/2 Rep KB Deadlift x 10 ▶️ Squat Pulses ?the partner that does the exercise with the rep count determines how long the other partner works (once he completes the reps you switch). Add this in at the end of your workout and let us know how your legs feel :)
